Each year Tāhono seeds a new constellation action group to work in an area addressing barriers to belonging and inclusion.
The focus of each group emerges from themes outlined in our Belonging Conversations research engagement, and other indicators of emergent threats to social cohesion.
We support our constellation groups through facilitation, nationwide connection, and secretarial services so that the activated rōpū can focus on the work that needs to get done. The direction and activities of each group and outlined and delivered by the members of the group, under our support and governance.
